Mr Kirwan, who joined the firm in 2013, leads the Dublin-based firm’s immigration and international law team.

“Stephen has led groundbreaking cases in the area of disability law and heavily involved in recovery and redress cases involving Magdalene laundries and mother and baby institutions.
