The Spring 2022 edition includes articles on defamation law reform and trends in family law, as well as remote working, gender pay gap reporting obligations, online anonymity and data protection.

Reflecting on the situation in Ukraine in the introduction, editor John Geary said: “It is truly devastating and deeply worrying. Ukrainian solicitors too, have been caught up in the war, when just a few weeks ago they were attending court, meeting their clients and working in a free and democratic society.

“It reminds us how brittle freedom can be and our thoughts and prayers are with all those killed, injured, displaced and whose lives are in ruins.”
