Legal services firm founded by former barrister Dan Fox aims to raise €5 million
Legal services firm Johnson Hana International, founded by former barrister Dan Fox, has appointed IBI Corporate Finance to lead a €5 million fundraising round.
The firm, which describes itself as Ireland’s first on-demand lawyer company and managed legal services consultancy, previously raised €1m in 2017 from investors including Dan Kiely and Enterprise Ireland.
Johnson Hana uses technology together with project managers and a network of qualified lawyers to manage large legal and compliance-related data projects for corporates and other law firms.
The firm recently made a series of key hires, appointing former KBC Bank head of consumer protection Emer Durkan as legal and compliance director and former Matheson solicitor Aisling Flynn as legal operations and projects manager.
