Liston Flavin promotes Aoife O’Kane to partner

Medical and professional negligence specialist firm Liston Flavin LLP has promoted Aoife O’Kane to partner.
Ms O’Kane has six years’ experience practising as a solicitor, primarily in plaintiff medical negligence litigation.
She joined Liston Flavin as an associate solicitor in 2021 after spending some time with another Co Wicklow firm where she trained.
Rachael Liston, managing partner at Liston Flavin, said: “I am delighted to welcome Aoife to the partnership. Her appointment reflects her talent as a leading medical negligence lawyer.”
Liston Flavin was launched in summer 2020 by medical negligence lawyers Rachael Liston and Clare Flavin, who previously led the medical negligence department at Orpen Franks.
