Ms Creaven joins the firm’s corporate and commercial team in Dublin, where she will advise both domestic and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Her wide range of expertise includes consumer law, product regulation, commercial contracts, e-commerce law and food and beverage law.

Prior to joining LK Shields, Ms Creaven worked in the commercial department of a leading Irish law firm.

Ms Monahan joins the firm’s commercial property team in Galway, where she will act for a wide range of national and international clients in the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential property.

She has particular expertise in advising financial institutions on all property related matters in commercial and residential lending transactions.

Prior to joining LK Shields, Ms Monahan worked in the property department of a leading Dublin law firm.
