LK Shields appoints Stephen Browne as real estate associate

LK Shields Solicitors LLP has appointed Stephen Browne as an associate solicitor in the firm’s real estate team.
A graduate of NUI Galway, Mr Browne qualified as a solicitor last year after training with a Galway-based firm. He latterly worked as a solicitor in another Dublin-based firm.
Mr Browne has experience in advising on both commercial and residential conveyancing transactions.
He advises on all facets of commercial leasing advising both landlord and tenants of their rights, together with drafting leases and licenses. In addition, he has experience in completing large-scale property due diligence exercises.
He also advises financial institutions and their appointed receivers in the disposal of distressed assets.
