Ailis Brennan

Ms Brennan joins the firm having trained in banking and real estate at another Dublin firm and been admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2022.

She has experience in transactional banking matters, including carrying out security reports on banking transactions, completing and delivering regular reporting matrices to lenders, tending to perfection of security and drafting finance and security documents, corporate approvals and other banking documents.

She also has experience in residential and commercial property transactions.
