Mr Ritchie plays a central role in advising some of the firm’s largest domestic and international clients on their legal requirements in infrastructure, construction, energy and commercial projects.

The projects and construction team has been involved in a wide range of developments ranging from commercial, mixed-use and healthcare developments through to energy and renewables projects and large-scale infrastructure projects in road and rail transport.

The team advises both public sector and private clients operating in a broad range of sectors including water, infrastructure, transport, roads, renewable energy, health, education, residential, leisure and telecommunications.
