Mark Quigley named general counsel of The ID Register
Irish lawyer Mark Quigley has been appointed as general counsel of The ID Register, a global hub for investor onboarding.
Mr Quigley, who is qualified as an attorney in New York and a solicitor in Ireland, first joined the company’s Cork office as a legal manager in 2017.
He leads the Guernsey-headquartered company’s subscription service and oversees its compliance and control framework following its recent regulation.
Tim Andrews, founder of The ID Register, said: “Mark’s promotion reflects rapid growth underpinned by investment across our people, technology and client service following our spin out six months ago.
“I am delighted to recognise Mark’s contribution and skill as, together, we build the trusted hub of the global investment community.”
