Ms O’Hagan has several years’ experience advising on both residential and commercial real estate matters, with particular expertise advising on insolvency and property transactions.

She regularly provides advices on security reviews, title rectification, disposal of large volumes of distressed properties and various complex property related matters. She has also acted for corporate property developers in sales and purchases of commercial property from hotels to office premises.

Her clients include a range of private clients, companies, receivers, assets managers, and financial institutions.
