Mr Troute, who is based in Galway, specialises in mergers and acquisitions and has experience advising clients from set-up to exit and on all aspects of the business growth cycle. He has acted for a number of significant Irish and international private equity and venture capital firms, particularly in the technology and agriculture sectors.

Joining MHC from another Irish law firm where he was a partner, he is dual-qualified to practise as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales.
