Corporate lawyer Ron Boucher, real estate lawyer Janet Cafferky and healthcare lawyer Jennifer Henry have been promoted to partner.

Construction lawyer Paul Bassett is now a consulting partner, while Laura Kearney has been promoted to director of the firm’s corporate governance and compliance team.

The firm said the appointments deepen its expertise in these key areas and reflect increased demand in key sectors such as built environment, technology and healthcare and life sciences.
