Mason Hayes & Curran promotes David Ormsby to dispute resolution partner
Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the promotion of David Ormsby to partner in the firm’s dispute resolution team.
Mr Ormsby, previously a senior associate with the firm, practices in corporate and personal insolvency law and all related litigation.
His work includes assisting companies and their officers with solvency issues and he acts for a variety of stakeholders on formal insolvency processes including examinership, compulsory and voluntary liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy.
Mr Ormsby also acts for secured creditors, unsecured creditors of companies in financial distress and insolvency practitioners. He has acted for various financial institutions on high value recoveries and on the defence of a wide range of proceedings issued by debtors.
