Alan Chiswick, corporate partner at Matheson, has won the prestigious International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice award in the M&A category.

The ILO award winners are chosen following direct feedback from clients on more than 800 of the best legal service providers in over 50 jurisdictions.

Mr Chiswick told Irish Legal News: “To be nominated for and win a Client Choice award is very gratifying as delivering excellent client care is something we prioritise as a firm.”

A partner in Matheson’s corporate group, Mr Chiswick advises on public and private company mergers, take-overs and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), equity fundraisings, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory work.

The Client Choice awards, established in 2005, recognise partners around the world that “stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service”.

Nominations can only be made by corporate counsel.

Matheson partners have won the Client Choice awards for Ireland for seven years in a row.
