Max Schrems to deliver keynote speech at PrivSec World Forum in Dublin
Privacy campaigner Max Schrems, whose court cases against Facebook brought down two international data transfer frameworks and shaped digital policy across Europe, will deliver the keynote speech at the PrivSec World Forum in Dublin next week.
Mr Schrems, who is already planning a fresh legal challenge to the new Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF), will deliver a presentation followed by an interview and audience Q&A.
Irish Legal News is an official media partner of the PrivSec World Forum, taking place at the Clayton Hotel on Dublin’s Burlington Road on 28 and 29 June 2022, and is pleased to offer its readers free VIP tickets ordinarily valued at £299 per person.
The event is taking place as part of Digital Trust Europe, which is co-hosting three different events focusing on key areas within the regulatory landscape: PrivSec World Forum, FinCrime World Forum and ESG World Forum.
Security, financial crime, resilience, fraud, loss prevention, privacy, and data ethics are becoming increasingly intertwined in a digital and data-driven world and to innovate with speed and confidence, organisations need to address all the above with integrated solutions.
PrivSec World Forum will bring together a range of speakers from world-renowned companies and industries – plus thought leaders and experts sharing case studies and their experiences – so that professionals from across all fields can listen, learn and debate.
