McCann FitzGerald lawyer Sinéad Martyn has been appointed as chair of the Irish Environmental Law Association (IELA).
A senior associate in the firm’s environmental and planning group, she previously served as the association’s secretary and treasurer.
Ms Martyn holds an LLB from University College Dublin (UCD) and a Master’s in environmental policy from Cambridge University.
Established in 1993, IELA promotes enhancement and conservation of the environment, shares information on environmental law and its application, makes educational resources available and encourages collaboration.
