McCann Fitzgerald named Irish law firm of the year
McCann Fitzgerald has been named Ireland’s Law Firm of the Year 2016 at The Lawyer European Awards in London.
The Dublin-based firm was commended on a number of high level strategic developments, including its comprehensive client research programme, the appointment of its first Chief Information Officer, and a number of significant hires, reflecting its ambitions for the future.
Winners were chosen by a judging panel of managing partners at private practices and in-house counsel at multinational companies.
Barry Devereux, managing partner at McCann FitzGerald, said: “We are delighted to have been named Irish Law Firm of the Year. This award puts a focus on the strategic direction of McCann FitzGerald.
“In 2015, the firm carried out a comprehensive client research programme to inform our future strategy, something which we are already delivering on through the recent opening of our US office in New York. This award acknowledges the transformative year McCann FitzGerald has had and we are honoured to receive it.”
