McCann FitzGerald partners Megan Hooper, Paul Lavery, and Orlaith Sheehy have been appointed to lead the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts.

The trio have taken over from outgoing DE&I partners Niall Best, Eleanor Cunningham and Laura Deignan, who the firm thanked for their contribution over the past three years.

The firm says its DE&I partners and HR team are “the key drivers of our DE&I initiatives, ensuring these efforts are meaningful, impactful, and reach all parts of our firm”.

“Backing them is a passionate team of over 30 colleagues across DE&I sub-committees who bring our strategy to life by hosting learning sessions, organising celebrations, and shaping our policies to make sure our colleagues feel represented and respected,” it added.

More information is included in McCann FitzGerald’s responsible business report.
