McCann FitzGerald real estate partner wins Client Choice award

Ms Halpin was named the winner in the “Real Estate, Ireland” category at the international awards ceremony in London.

She was recognised for her work in advising on the sales, purchases and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including development lands, houses, apartments and commercial properties.

Ms Halpin’s experience also includes market leading advices on loan portfolio sales and purchases as well as extensive experience in negotiating the granting and reservation of rights of way, easements, wayleaves and other rights over land.
