McCann Fitzgerald to host London seminar on Brexit
A leading Irish law firm will host a seminar in London tomorrow on the UK’s upcoming referendum on the European Union.
McCann Fitzgerald is hosting tomorrow’s event at the historic Guildhall in the City of London, which it said will be attended by representatives of every leading law firm in London plus financial institutions, hedge funds, UK companies and some regulatory authorities.
The seminar, under the Chatham House Rule to enable a wide and open discussion, will centre on the role of law firms and the City of London in the debate leading-up to the referendum.
John Cronin, event moderator and McCann Fitzgerald partner, said: “We wish to play a small part in encouraging and facilitating discussion in relation to the possibility of Brexit and ensuring that complacency regarding the outcome of the UK referendum does not occur”.
