NI: Millar McCall Wylie advises on deal to create world-class learning experience
Millar McCall Wylie recently advised an e-learning company, which boasts 650 private and public sector customers and was crowned Learning Technologies Company of the Year, on a multi-million-pound acquisition.
Award-winning online learning company, Learning Pool, has acquired HT2 Labs, the Oxfordshire-based learning innovation company best known for its market-leading Learning Locker and Curatr products.
The Millar McCall Wylie team advising Learning Pool was led by corporate partner Damian McParland, with support from Louise Cavanagh and Scott Kennedy (corporate), Andrew Kerr (property) and Jan Cunningham (employment).

Millar McCall Wylie has acted for Learning Pool since its formation with significant deals including the investment by Carlyle Cardinal Ireland, and the acquisitions of Mind Click in Nottingham and MediaCorp in Glasgow.
