Belfast law firm Millar McCall Wylie has acted for the owners of two shopping centres on deals that will see Spanish fashion chain Mango open two new concept stores in Northern Ireland.

Mango will come to Derry’s Foyleside shopping centre and Craigavon’s Rushmere shopping centre this year.

Both Rushmere and Foyleside are owned by a local investment group who acquired the sites over the last year.

Millar McCall Wylie director Chris Phillips and associate Luke Thompson led on the work.

Mr Phillips said: “To have a world-renowned retailer like Mango branch out from Belfast is testament to the strength of the local ownership behind Foyleside and Rushmere — and the great steps our clients continue to take across both schemes.

“We were delighted to act for the owners of both Foyleside and Rushmere to help secure this significant new partner which will enhance the retail offering, create jobs and no doubt attract further future investment. We congratulate all the team involved.”
