NI: MKB Law welcomes two new solicitors
Belfast-based MKB Law has announced the appointment of solicitors Jordan Hanna and Frederick Reilly.
Mr Hanna has joined the firm’s residential conveyancing department, while Mr Reilly has joined the employment department.
Holding a Master’s in Common Law from University College Dublin (UCD), Mr Hanna primarily carries out transactions on behalf of his clients in the sales and purchases of residential property, as well as advising on the various legal issues that appear throughout these transactions.
He also acts in broader areas of property law including adverse possession matters and has experience acting on behalf of public authorities in the broad and uncommon range of legal work they require.
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University, Mr Reilly has experience in advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
He regularly provides advice in relation to internal disciplinary/grievance matters, policy reviews and contracts of employment, including representing clients at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal in a range of employment law litigation.
Managing director Gordon McElroy told Irish Legal News: “I wish to extend a very warm welcome to Jordan Hanna and Frederick Reilly. As we continue to expand in order to support our clients’ interests, both Jordan and Freddy will be valuable additions to the team at MKB Law.”
