The document has been published following the Strasbourg court’s landmark rulings yesterday on three climate cases. The applicants were successful in one of the cases, and unsuccessful in the other two.

The five-page factsheet summarises the three decisions as well as highlighting six pending cases and three which have been declared as inadmissible.
