New family law partner at Gore & Grimes Solicitors
Gore & Grimes Solicitors LLP has promoted Niamh Walsh to partner in the Dublin firm’s family law team.
Ms Walsh joined the firm as a senior associate in 2021, having previously worked with a specialist family law firm.
She has an extensive client base and covers all aspects of family law cases from the District Court to the Court of Appeal.
She has advised clients in relation to all aspect of family law to include judicial separation and divorce cases, pre-nuptial agreements, matters concerning custody and access, non-marital relationship breakdown and cohabitation, relocation proceedings, pensions in the context of separation and divorce, nullity proceedings and lawyer-assisted mediations.
She is particularly skilled in negotiating agreements relating to all financial, property and childcare issues in separation and divorce.
Ms Walsh is a member of the executive committee of the Family Lawyers Association and is also admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.
