New NI regional committee for Society of Construction Law
The Society of Construction Law (SCL) has established a new extended Northern Ireland regional committee comprising Julie-Ann McCaffrey, Claire McCarry, Aaron Moore and James Turner.
Ms McCaffrey is head of legal for Greentown, an infrastructure maintenance provider. She is also a member of the Law Society Council and a number of committees.
Ms McCarry, a director at Quigg Golden, is a chartered quantity surveyor, holds a bachelor of laws and is a qualified and practising adjudicator.
Mr Moore, a director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, is a solicitor with over 15 years’ experience acting for clients in the construction industry in the UK and Ireland.
Mr Turner, a director in O’Reilly Stewart Solicitors, is a solicitor advocate specialising in construction law and dispute resolution, as well as a qualified commercial mediator and construction industry adjudicator.
SCL is a membership body that works to promote education, study, and research in the field of construction law for public benefit.
The Society has around 3,000 members composed of professionals from a range of practice areas within the construction industry, including lawyers, engineers, surveyors, architects and developers.
