ByrneWallace LLP has promoted Jonathan Lynch to partner in the firm’s corporate group and Sean Neville to of counsel in its restructuring and insolvency practice.
Mr Lynch has over 16 years’ experience advising Irish and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law matters. He has extensive expertise advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt fundraising, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and on general company law and corporate governance.

He advises insolvency practitioners, private equity, financial institutions, corporates and their directors in relation to formal insolvency processes including liquidation, examinership and SCARP.
Commenting on the promotions, managing partner Feargal Brennan said: “Developing and recognising talented lawyers is an integral part of the firm’s strategy of delivering excellent service and legal advice to our clients.
“Jonathan and Sean appointments are a testament to this ongoing commitment to delivering excellence. Their appointments also reflect the firm’s continued growth across our key practice areas — corporate law, restructuring and insolvency.
“On behalf of my colleagues, I would like to congratulate Jonathan and Sean, and wish them every success in their new roles.”
