New survey to gauge impact of Covid-19 on personal injuries
Lawyers and courts staff have been invited to complete an anonymous survey aimed at gauging the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the personal injuries legal system.
Barrister Chloë Cass is conducting the online survey to form the basis of a paper and talk for a personal injury claims conference being hosted by CMG in February.
The short, four-minute survey is open to anyone who works within the personal injuries arena, including practitioners, in-house counsel and court staff members.
Ms Cass told Irish Legal News: “I hope to gather enough data to paint a picture of who has been impacted and how – whether this is positive or negative. It should help practitioners to benchmark their experiences with a bigger national picture.”
The survey can be accessed online by clicking here and will run until 21 January 2021.
