O’Brien Lynam Solicitors announces double appointment in banking and property
Dublin firm O’Brien Lynam Solicitors has announced the double appointment of Anne Marie Maher and Andrew Devery in its banking and property teams respectively.
Ms Maher joins as a senior associate in the firm’s banking team, having previously worked in the commercial property department of a well-known Dublin-based law firm.
She has a wide range of expertise in all aspects of banking and property law, advising both lenders and private clients in relation to secured lending/borrowing transactions, disposals and acquisitions across various sectors including retail, food and beverage, health, agriculture and natural resources, and technology.
Mr Devery is a newly-qualified solicitor, having trained in a well-known Dublin-based firm and gained a wealth of experience across all areas of commercial and residential property throughout his training contract.
