O’Flynn Exhams Solicitors appoints Conor Lupton

Cork-based commercial law firm O’Flynn Exhams (OFX) Solicitors has welcomed Conor Lupton as a partner in its corporate team.

Mr Lupton has over twenty years’ experience in corporate and commercial law and will work with clients on complex transactions in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructurings.

Mr Lupton has vast experience in commercial litigation and banking law and is also a member of the Law Society of Ireland’s business law committee.
