Ogier’s real estate team leads on sale of Central Quay, Dublin 2

Ogier’s real estate team in Ireland, led by partner Gavin Fitzgerald, acted for Hibernia Real Estate Group in its sale of Central Quay. This transaction marks the largest office building sale in Ireland this year so far.
Commenting on the deal, Mr Fitzgerald said: “We were pleased to work with Hibernia and we are aware that this deal marks a significant moment for the Irish Commercial Property market. This transaction highlights the overall positive sentiment for the prime segment of the market.
