Paddy Kelly to step down from Children’s Law Centre
Paddy Kelly is to step down as head of the Children’s Law Centre (CLC) in Northern Ireland.
Ms Kelly established the centre in 1997 and has served as its director ever since, overseeing its growth into the leading children’s rights organisation in Northern Ireland.
The centre received nearly 3,000 queries in 2023-24, according to its latest annual report.
“We want to thank Paddy for all her hard work and unwavering commitment to children’s rights,” CLC said in a social media post.
“Paddy’s dedication means she is leaving CLC in the best health it has ever been in, providing an exciting opportunity for the right person to lead the organisation into the future.”
