Ms Fallon brings nearly four decades of experience in the law, having qualified in 1986 and run her own specialist practice in the area of wills and administration of estates since 2001.

Her areas of practice include wills and estate tax planning, powers of attorney, probate and administration of estates and trust management.

She is a former chairperson of the Law Society of Ireland’s administration of estates committee and a member of the Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners (STEP). She has lectured extensively in this area of law in the Law Society and for STEP and the various bar associations.

The merger between Gartlan Furey and Paula Fallon & Associates took place with effect from 1 September 2023, the firm said.

Gartlan Furey was founded in 1991 and specialises in residential property, commercial property and lending, as well as wills, trusts and estates and dispute resolution.
