The Dublin-based solicitor firm was representing only 18 affected car owners as of December 2015.

However, the firm told the Irish Independent that it is now representing hundreds of people who wanted the car manufacturer to fully refund their purchases and provide “aggravated and exemplary” damages.

The firm is also involved in civil litigation concerning the the DePuy hip implant recall and has been contacted by hundreds of those affected.
