Philip Lee appoints Angelyn Rowan as construction, projects and PPP partner
Dublin firm Philip Lee has announced the appointment of Angelyn Rowan as a partner in the firm’s construction, projects and PPP team.
Ms Rowan joins from another well-known firm and brings a wealth of experience advising both public and private sector clients in the areas of construction, procurement and PPP.
She has previously advised the Irish State on significant infrastructure projects in the areas of social housing, higher education and healthcare, including the development of the DIT Campus at Grangegorman and the €300 million Social Housing PPP Programme.
She has also been involved in some of the largest private sector developments in recent years advising major developers, funders and employers involved in commercial, hotel and residential projects.
