Philip Lee appoints new head of energy

Dublin-based commercial law firm Philip Lee has appointed Siobhán McCabe as a partner leading the firm’s energy team.

Ms McCabe specialises in renewables, energy and natural resources law. She has an in-depth knowledge of the complex regulatory and legislative frameworks applicable to the Irish energy market, with particular experience advising on renewable energy projects.

She has extensive experience advising energy clients on acquisitions, project development and regulatory matters.

Ms McCabe has also advised on numerous large energy M&A transactions, joint ventures, co-developments and infrastructure projects, including grid and interconnector projects.

Prior to joining Philip Lee, she spent over 10 years working in the energy and natural resources group of one of the top five Dublin firms.
