Pinsent Masons revenues up to €754m
Pinsent Masons has reported a 7.2 per cent increase in revenue to €753.5 million.
The multinational law firm saw profit per equity partner reach €919,900 in the 2023/24 financial year, it revealed today.
Ann Lalor, head of the Dublin office, said: “It has been an exciting year for our Dublin office. We are fortunate to be able to access the domestic and international client markets and act on a high volume of cross-border transactions, be it advising global companies investing in Ireland or Irish companies expanding internationally.
“To meet that demand we have grown our partner and legal director headcount to 16 in the last year, welcoming new legal expertise and promoting our talented lawyers to further strengthen our IP, corporate and investment funds offering to clients.
“We established our Irish tax practice this year to enhance our client service on cross-border transactions.
“As a full-service legal practice operating across the energy, financial services, real estate, infrastructure and technology, science and industry sectors, we thrive in providing an innovative tailored service to our clients on complex transactional and litigation matters.
“We are growing our pro-bono client service in the Irish market and we look forward to investing in our community initiatives in the year to come.”
Senior partner Andrew Masraf said: “We’re proud of the progress we’ve made in advancing our multi-disciplinary, multinational sector-led strategy, reporting healthy financial performance which enables us to remain resilient and to reinvest into our business.
“Set against the backdrop of the challenges of global inflationary pressures and climate change and an uncertain political and socio-economic environment, now more than ever, businesses like ours have a vital role to play in supporting our people, clients and communities.
“Last year we supported a broader range of organisations through our pro bono work and engaged with more clients on meaningful social mobility initiatives that seek to shift the dial and broaden access to law. We look forward to building on this success as we seek to apply our legal expertise more broadly across our communities.”
