Powderly Solicitors recruits criminal defence lawyer Eoghan O’Sullivan as partner
Co Kildare firm Powderly Solicitors LLP has appointed Eoghan O’Sullivan as a partner specialising in criminal defence and childcare law.
Mr O’Sullivan has practised as a solicitor since 2017 and brings extensive experience representing clients in all areas of criminal defence, including advices during Garda station detentions and interviews and throughout the trial process.
He is also experienced in the area of childcare law and regularly represents clients in matters including representing the voice of the child through their court-appointed guardian ad litem in respect of care order applications and related matters.
In addition to his work as a solicitor, Mr O’Sullivan has also been invited to lecture in a number of Irish universities and the Law Society of Ireland on District Court criminal procedure.
