Law firm RDJ has expanded its tax practice with the addition of chartered tax adviser and chartered accountant Fiona Morgan in Cork.

Ms Morgan joins from PwC, where she practised as a corporate tax adviser for eight years.

She brings a wealth of experience advising on the tax and legal aspects of M&A, finance and real estate transactions, as well as business formation, intra-group reorganisations, and the structuring of commercial agreements.

John Cuddigan, head of RDJ’s tax practice, said: “I am delighted to welcome Fiona to the team. We are always looking to further bolster our tax offering in line with client needs, and Fiona’s broad-based experience advising domestic and international clients on tax efficient strategies will be an excellent addition to our team.”

Ms Morgan added: “RDJ’s dedicated tax practice comprises a team of highly experienced and nationally renowned tax lawyers and consultants.  I’m excited to be a part of this vibrant team and I look forward to contributing to the next phase of growth.”
