Reddy Charlton appoints Eoin Paterson as company secretarial manager

Dublin firm Reddy Charlton has announced the appointment of Eoin Paterson as its new company secretarial manager.
Mr Paterson, a law graduate from Ulster University, joins from A&L Goodbody, where he was a legal executive in banking and property.
Paul Keane, managing partner at Reddy Charlton, said: “Eoin’s objective is to advise and support our clients in all aspects of company secretarial practice, ensuring they stay on the right side of corporate compliance.
“Eoin joins us on a full time basis so that we can extend the availability of the company secretarial support to our clients.”
He replaces outgoing company secretarial manager Paige Keating, who is moving to Bermuda.
