Reddy Charlton appoints new principal consultant
Dublin firm Reddy Charlton has appointed Godfrey Hogan as a new principal consultant, recruiting him from Woods Hogan Solicitors, where he had served as managing partner since 2012.
Mr Hogan graduated from the University of Limerick in 1994 with a degree in Law and European Studies and qualified as a solicitor from the Law Society of Ireland in 1997. He joined Woods Hogan Solicitors in 1998, before going on to become a Partner in 2005.
He later served as managing partner and head of the firm’s Receivership and Commercial Conveyancing Department.
He has extensive experience in insolvency, receivership and commercial property, having acted for many of Ireland’s leading financial institutions and developers in relation to residential and commercial developments throughout his career. This has included substantial property transactions and large portfolio sales.
Paul Keane, managing partner at Reddy Charlton, said: “As the market continues to improve, transactions in the property sector are becoming more complex. Clients need top-class and experienced lawyers to guide them.
“Godfrey has enormous practical expertise in banking and commercial property. As Reddy Charlton evolves and expands it is our objective to add to our existing pool of experts. We are delighted to welcome a colleague of Godfrey’s calibre to the team.”
Mr Hogan added: “I am delighted and honoured to take on the role of Principal Consultant at Reddy Charlton and look forward to growing the firm with my new colleagues.”
