Reddy Charlton appoints Siobhán Lafferty and Jonathan Mills as solicitors
Dublin firm Reddy Charlton has announced the appointment of Siobhán Lafferty and Jonathan Mills as solicitors.
Ms Lafferty qualified as a solicitor in Ireland earlier this year and obtained a professional diploma in employment law from University College Dublin.
She previously studied at the University of Strathclyde and University of Glasgow, qualifying as a solicitor in Scotland in 2014.
Ms Lafferty has particular expertise in employment law and has a range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as advising on disciplinary and regulatory law.
In addition to practising in Ireland and the UK, she has also worked on employment law issues in the Falkland Islands.
Mr Mills qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has particular expertise on advising developers on construction contracts and related appointments.
He advises on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, as well as regularly advising on distribution, franchise, supply and agency contracts, and on all aspects of corporate transactions.
Mr Mills has obtained a diploma in technology law from the Law Society of Ireland and is currently studying for the diploma in construction law. He is also qualified to practice in England and Wales and in Northern Ireland.
