Robert McTernaghan BL joins Irish Centre for European Law

Robert McTernaghan BL
The Irish Centre for European Law (ICEL) at Trinity College Dublin has appointed Robert McTernaghan BL as assistant director for Northern Ireland.
Mr McTernaghan practises in both jurisdictions on the island of Ireland and is currently vice-chair of the Bar of Northern Ireland’s Immigration Bar Association.
He practises extensively in the areas of judicial review and human rights.
Mr McTernaghan will take responsibility for ICEL’s upcoming hybrid conference on Article 2 of the Windsor Framework, which is taking place later this month.
