Ronan Daly Jermyn appoints structural engineer as construction consultant

Ronan Daly Jermyn has announced the appointment of Denise Kennedy as a consultant in the firm’s construction team.

Ms Kennedy is a chartered engineer with over 21 years’ experience working in the Irish construction industry. In recent years, she has been project director and lead technical advisor on numerous Design Build and PPP Projects and has also acted as project director and design lead on a numerous employer designed projects in the residential, educational, healthcare, industrial, civic and commercial sectors.

Ms Kennedy also holds an LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication, has experience acting for parties involved in dispute resolution processes, and is a certified mediator.

Richard Martin, managing partner at Ronan Daly Jermyn, said: “Our clients need advisors who understand not just the legal aspects, but also the technical aspects of construction and engineering projects.

“A seasoned structural engineer, Denise’s knowledge and extensive experience in the construction industry will be a valuable asset to our construction team. We are very excited to welcome her to the firm.”
