Shane Costelloe appointed partner and head of employment at Holmes
Shane Costelloe has been appointed to the partnership of corporate law firm Holmes, part of Holmes O’Malley Sexton LLP.
Mr Costelloe now heads up the firm’s employment team, specialising in employment law, corporate, commercial and public sector work.
Alongside the team at Holmes, he regularly advises corporate and public sector clients across a range of commercial and strategic workplace issues, from recruitment to retirement.
He began his career with Holmes in 2012 after graduating from University College Dublin.
Having trained as a corporate lawyer, Mr Costelloe has extensive experience drafting commercial agreements and advising on corporate matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
He also has a strong financial background as a result of having also worked with the international accountancy firm, Grant Thornton.
Mr Costelloe’s advancement is one of a series of internal appointments within the corporate team alongside the promotion of Ciara Downes, Melissa Regan and Mikhaela O’Shaughnessy.
