Simmons opened its Dublin office in May 2018 and, quickly outgrowing its initial office space, relocated to Grand Canal Quay in 2019. It will now move again in May 2024.

The new 13,100 sq ft office is on the fourth floor of One Molesworth Steet, a space with state-of-the-art facilities, advanced technology infrastructure, and in a prime location becoming known as the city’s international quarter.

The open plan design will provide a dynamic and flexible work environment for staff, aligning with the firm’s commitment to embracing agile working principles. The lease of the space will run until 2038 and offers significant room for further expansion of the firm’s business in Ireland.
