Mr Mulvey has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, late-stage venture capital and corporate venturing and foreign direct investment across a range of sectors, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and food and agri-businesses.

The appointment comes in the same week as the firm’s Dublin team moved into new, larger premises on One Molesworth Street and follows its recent promotion to partner of Dublin-based disputes specialist Andrea Brennan and hire of Kate Curneen as a partner in the banking and financial markets team.
