Solicitor Fiona Daly appointed chief financial officer of Codec
Solicitor Fiona Daly has been appointed chief financial officer of Dublin-based IT company Codec.
Ms Daly, who qualified as a solicitor in 2001 after training with William Fry, joined Codec as in-house legal counsel in 2002 and later served as the company’s head of legal and financial.
She now assumes responsibility for the financial performance and planning of the company, as well as continuing to contribute to its strategic direction and vision with a focus on organic growth and growth through acquisitions.
Ms Daly’s promotion was announced alongside the appointment of Edward Taggart as chief operations officer and Brenda O’Neill as head of HR.
