Suspended solicitor guilty of professional misconduct
A suspended solicitor has been found guilty of four counts of professional misconduct in relation to a 2007 land transaction.
The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) will next week consider what sanction to impose on Declan O’Callaghan, who has been suspended from practice since 2018 for unrelated reasons, The Irish Times reports.
The proceedings concerned the sale of lands in Aughadiffin, Kilkelly, Co Mayo in April 2007.
