Taylor Wessing recruits two senior corporate lawyers
International law firm Taylor Wessing has recruited corporate finance and M&A specialists Paddy Quinlan and Dannie Hanna to its Dublin office.
Mr Quinlan joins the firm as a partner from Maples and Calder, bringing over 20 years’ experience as a specialist corporate finance and M&A lawyer.
He advises companies and investors in public and private equity and debt fundraisings, initial public offerings, and public and private mergers and acquisitions. Notably, his recent experience includes a significant number of venture capital and private equity transactions.
Mr Hanna joins as a senior counsel from Flutter Entertainment plc, the global betting and gaming company. He brings extensive M&A expertise, having worked on high-value, cross-border acquisitions in-house as part of Flutter’s global growth strategy.
He was previously a senior associate in the M&A teams at both Arthur Cox, Dublin and at Allens in Sydney, where he gained extensive international corporate experience acting on some of the most high-profile and significant transactional work undertaken in both markets in recent times.
